Customer Care Policy (a.k.a. We Got You)

At PapaDahlPaintings, we’re all about good vibes, great art, and treating people like actual humans—not order numbers. Here’s how we roll when it comes to taking care of our customers:

We Answer Messages Promptly
You won’t have to send a message into the void and hope someone sees it. We (MamaDahl) usually respond within 1–2 business days (possibly faster if we’ve had coffee).

We Fix Our Mistakes
Nobody’s perfect—except maybe dogs. If we mess up your order, we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund, no awkward hoops to jump through.

We Can’t Control the Mail (Sadly)
Once your order leaves our hands, it embarks on a noble journey via postal carrier. Sometimes that journey gets…weird. If your package disappears into the shipping abyss, we’ll do our best to help you navigate the next steps—but please check our [Refund Policy] for the official word.

We’re Friendly, but Firm
We love helping, but we also have boundaries (and probably a small mountain of packages to manage). We’ll always treat you kindly and fairly, and we ask the same in return. No yelling, no passive-aggressive emoji use—deal?

We Appreciate You—A Lot
Every order supports a real human (hi!), and we’re genuinely grateful for your business. If something’s off, let us know—we’re here to help.

Your Info Stays With Us
When you place an order, we collect just the basics: your name, shipping address, and email (so we can send you fun things like tracking numbers—not spam). We never sell, rent, or share your information with strangers in dark internet alleys. Ever.

Secure Payments
We use trusted third-party payment processors like PayPal and credit card services, so your payment details are safe and encrypted. We never see or store your card info. Not even if we wanted to (which we don’t).

No Sneaky Business
We only use your information to fulfill your order, communicate with you about that order, or handle any customer service questions. No weird marketing emails or surprise newsletters—we’re too busy painting.

Your Safety Comes First
All products are handled with care, packed safely, and shipped using reliable carriers. If something arrives looking like it went through a blender, contact us and we’ll work with you to fix it.
